This is a 40mm caseless shell, machined from 7075 Aluminum and anodized black, used to launch an Elona Gay WP40 smoke cylinders. Use with a 209 primer and fill the cup with black powder and secure by placing a piece of tape over the entire powder cup. The Elona Gay WP40 must have the pull wire removed and the fuse inside exposed.
